Refund Policy


Due to the customization of all products, our return policy warranties against products that are defected only. Defects do not include damage due to climate, mishandling in storage and improper installation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require notice of any damage or discrepancy with product or invoice within 3 business days of receipt of product.

All qualified or approved returns must be shipped or returned in the original or comparable packaging used by A-List Signs and Banners, with a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for clarifying proper packaging with A-List Signs and Banners Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping costs, within 3 to 14 business days (pending bank and/or credit card processing times).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
